This nutritious Tomato Soup is the best comfort food on a cold winter’s day. It is delicious, filling and full of flavours. And what’s more, it’s super easy to make. This homemade Tomato Soup is full of tomato flavours, and why wouldn’t it be – It is full of nourishing tomatoes. It is creamy, thick and delicious. Plus, it’s ready in just 25 minutes!
I have used fresh tomatoes(look for their lovely dark colour), but they can be substituted for 2 cans of chopped tomatoes. The beauty of canned tomatoes is that they are canned when they are ripe and sweet. So they are perfect for canned tomato soup.
You can store this soup in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Then reheat it in a microwave or on a stovetop over medium-low flame. Learn how to make the best homemade creamy tomato soup on the stove top with this simple recipe that the whole family will love!
