- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup full-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- Salt
3. Step by Step method
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk until yolk and egg whites are combined.
- Now add ½ cup of full-fat milk and mix again.
- Place the nonstick pan or frying pan on a medium flame.
- On a warm pan, put butter and pour all the egg-milk mixture.
- Let it cook for a few seconds undisturbed. Now, with the help of a spatula, gently pull the eggs from all sides of the pan.
- Continue cooking on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- You will notice the soft, pillowy, curdled texture of the eggs.
- Remove the pan from the heat, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Scrambled Egg is ready to be served 🤤.
4. Tips :
- You can add cheese, too.
- Don’t add salt during the mixing of egg and milk. The addition of salt will make scrambled eggs watery.
- You can add cheese, vegetables, and meat to your scrambled eggs at the end of cooking the eggs.
- Fresh herbs help brighten the flavour of the eggs. You can use chives, basil or coriander leaves.
